Midnight Current I explores the movement and mystery of the night sky through layered tones of deep navy, midnight blue and smoky grey. Scattered flecks of white light bring a celestial quality to the composition, evoking distant stars suspended within a shifting atmosphere.
Soft, sweeping forms move across the surface, creating a sense of depth and fluidity. The contrast between darker passages and luminous highlights gives the painting a quiet energy, balancing the vastness of the night sky with a feeling of stillness and solitude.
An atmospheric study of light, texture and movement, Midnight Current I invites a moment of reflection beneath an imagined night sky.
